Middle Tennessee Christian School was organized in 1960 and received its charter from the State of Tennessee on December 9, 1960. The charter’s purpose was “the building and maintenance of a school to provide educational opportunities — particularly the teaching of the Bible as the inspired Word of God for every child enrolled — and to provide Christian influence and environment in every phase of the school’s activities.” More than six decades later, that founding mission still guides everything we do.
