Spiritual Life
Walking with students toward a deeper life in Christ.
Faith in Action
MTCS Spiritual Life
At MTCS, Spiritual Life is about far more than scheduled chapel services or classroom Bible lessons — it’s about helping students connect faith to everyday life in meaningful, lasting ways.
While daily Bible classes and the influence of Christ-centered teachers and coaches form the foundation of spiritual growth, our Spiritual Life activities create opportunities for students to live out their faith beyond the classroom — whether joining in Stairwell Singing, diving into conversation in a Life Group, serving a meal to the homeless, or building a home in the mountains of Central America. Our goal is always the same: that students encounter Jesus in those moments and grow to become more like Him in spirit, mind, and body.
Our Culture
Truth
Grounded in God’s Word as the foundation for all of life.
Relationship
Knowing and being known — walking with students where they are.
Service
Living out faith by serving others near and far.
Community
Growing together as a family of Christ followers.
This Year: Jesus Is…
In John 10:10, Jesus declares, “I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” This year, our Spiritual Life focus is to discover what that abundant life truly means by learning more about who Jesus is — and how knowing Him changes everything. Our prayer is that the Holy Spirit will deepen our awareness of His presence in all things and inspire us to live abundantly in Him, now and for eternity.
