Purpose of the Alumni Association

• Foster, maintain and support a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the school
• Create a bridge between the school and its alumni 

Membership in the Alumni Association

• Regular Members – Graduates of MTCS are automatically considered regular members of the Alumni Association. Students who completed the highest grade offered at time of existence are also automatic regular members of the Alumni Association.
• Honorary Members – Faculty and staff, former faculty and staff, and former students who attended but did not graduate from MTCS may be honorary members of the Alumni Association. Honorary members also include those individuals who are considered friends of the Alumni Association or MTCS who have made substantial contributions to the success or advancement of the Alumni Association or the school, as recognized by the Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.

The Purpose of the Alumni Association may be achieved through the promotion of three core initiatives:

• Gifts of time and talent of Association members to the school for various programs benefiting the students and goals of the administration
• Contribution of funds for scholarships, annual operating expenses and capital improvements
• Contribution, opinion and guidance to the administration on the school’s long-term direction and on the issue of preservation of school traditions which influence Alumni relationships with MTCS

Alumni Council

The Alumni Council is comprised of alumni who, by their demonstrated commitment to MTCS, have been selected to represent the alumni body.

Members meet quarterly during the school year and work closely with both the alumni and development teams to advance the mission and vision of Middle Tennessee Christian School and encourage the engagement of our alumni.
