MTCS is hosting our 64th Annual Steak Dinner in the MTCS Varsity Gymnasium on Thursday, November 7 at 6:30 pm. This is the longest-running fundraising event for Middle Tennessee Christian School, first organized in 1960 by our founding Board of Trustees to raise funds for purchasing land to build the school. Thanks to their vision and support, countless lives have been positively impacted for God’s Kingdom. It is the event where we honor our past and celebrate the hope for the future of our school.

We are proud to announce that Major Hulon Holmes will be recognized as the 2024 Alumnus of the Year at this year’s event! Hulon is a member of the Class of 2005. Major Holmes currently serves as the Commander of Army Aviation Support Facility #2. In addition to their wartime mission, the Army Aviation Support Facility provides Search & Rescue, Fire Fighting, and Medical Evacuation missions for the State of Tennessee and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. He earned a bachelor’s degree (‘09) and a master’s degree (‘22) both from the University of Tennessee. He currently lives in Knoxville with his wife Alyssa, and 3 children.
Hulon’s commitment to God, his family and his country is a remarkable example of MTCS’s mission to prepare and
encourage its students for lifelong learning and service in God’s kingdom.
