Run Cougar Run 5K and Fun Run

The safety and security of our MTCS children, staff and faculty are of utmost importance to each and every one of us. The committee members of the 2013 Run Cougar Run designated the Strong Tower Initiative at MTCS as the primary beneficiary of the proceeds of the 2013 event.

The secondary beneficiaries are the Boys and Girls Club and the Arthritis Foundation of Middle Tennessee. We are a family here, but we are part of a bigger family--God's family. Over and over He commands His children to live not in fear, but in a faithful trust in Him. We want to do our part to supply our school with the funds needed to enhance school safety at MTCS, and we need your help!!

Brief Description

5K Hybrid Cross Country (Both Field and Street) and 1/2 Mile Fun Run. Benefiting MTCS, Boys & Girls Club, and the Arthritis Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Although the "field" areas will be prepped for a race such as this, runners in the 5K could be subject to wet/muddy conditions - this is not an entirely street/road race.

5K will be chip timed. Awards given in each age category. All participants registered by March 1 will receive a cotton short sleeve t-shirt. Thanks for supporting MTCS, Boys & Girls Club, & the Arthritis Foundation of Middle TN!
